Farmers Bounty runs a fully digitised operation from order placement through to packing, dispatch and delivery. Customers can order through the Farmers Bounty web portal or app, access live pricing and personalised pantry lists, review previous invoices and keep track of their account activity in one place.

Every order is packed digitally, giving us clear visibility over who packed it, when it was packed and where the produce came from. We maintain traceability back to the grower or supplier, so if there’s ever a quality or product issue, we can quickly identify the source and trace it through the supply chain.

Our digital inventory gives the team accurate visibility of stock across the operation, while digital proof of delivery is recorded against every completed delivery for easy reference.

Already using your own procurement system? No problem. Our AI order import tool can receive and process orders from your existing system, helping your current workflow connect with ours without forcing your team to change the way they order.
